LIMITED EDITION, BOTANICAL GARDEN, MELISSA LEMON BALM GIN

Our first creation within the Botanical Garden Range, made with Lemon Balm, a member of the mint family, also known by its name “Melissa Officinalis”. She produces a herbaceous explosion on the palate that is fresh and distinctive with a beautiful citrus and minty finish.

The Botanical Garden Range of gins is inspired by the love and dedication of Tom’s mother. The herbaceous plants foraged from her garden, now converted into The Distillery’s Botanical Garden, are used to craft our pioneering limited edition recipes.

Each bottle has a seed packet for people to grow their own lemon balm and start their own botanical gardens at home and use as a garnish for their gin.

WITH 28 NATURAL BOTANICALS, OUR HONEYBEE GIN IS INFUSED WITH LUSCIOUS LOCAL HONEY AND A DOLLOP OF GOLDEN NECTAR FROM OUR VERY OWN HIVES ON FALLS FARM.

Our second release within our Botanical Garden range, this is our most complex recipe to date, and it’s absolutely glorious. A floral and zesty gin with a long, lingering and gently sweet finish, we love it served with Mediterranean Tonic water, and garnished with a slice of lemon and a few sage leaves.

Warner Edwards VICTORIA’S RHUBARB GIN

MADE USING A CROP OF RHUBARB ORIGINALLY GROWN IN THE KITCHEN GARDEN OF BUCKINGHAM PALACE DURING THE REIGN OF QUEEN VICTORIA.

The rhubarb juice is extracted using a traditional fruit press and blended with our Harrington Dry Gin to produce an alluring pink gin that is voluptuous on the palate with a sweet and tangy royal rhubarb explosion.

Enjoy with plenty of ice and your favourite tonic. Authentic British craft at its best.
