Brockmans Gin


Brockmans unique recipe of naturally grown aromatic botanicals are steeped in pure grain spirit for many hours to release their natural oils and aromas. The more traditional notes of gin are combined with a refreshing influence of citrus and aromatic wild berries. Bulgarian coriander plays its part, providing an aromatic, gingery orange top note. This blends perfectly with the soft and rounded harmonies of blueberries and blackberries, all of which is supported by the bottom note of Tuscan juniper berries. Dry, bittersweet Valencian orange peel elongates the deeper tones and gives an intensely smooth finish.

Thereafter, Brockmans is slowly distilled in a 100 year old traditional copper still, where we capture the heart of the gin distillation. The distinctive gin notes derived from Brockmans unique recipe deliver an exquisite intensely smooth gin, with a uniquely defining sensual taste experience.

Gold 999.9 is a complex gin with juniper, tangerine, violets, poppies, ginger, coriander and balsamic aromas of almonds and vanilla are blended together and Angelica root for balance.

The best way to appreciate all the hints offered by this singular gin is to combine it with acid elements, not citric, to empower the juniper.

Perfect Serve: Green apple (for acidity) and tonic water balance the sweetness and citrics of tangerine.

Gin Japanese Komasa Komikan 50cl

This botanical gin hails from Kagoshima, Japan, home to both the Komasa Gin Distillery and a tiny type of local mandarin orange called the Sakurajima komikan.
Sakurajima is the name of an active volcano in Kagoshima and is where these oranges grow in its volcanic soils and reach sizes of about 4cm in diameter.

Each ripe fruit is packed with a mellow fragrance and the thick, sweet taste of citrus.

Komasa Sakurajima Komikan Gin is crafted with generous amounts of these fragrant oranges, resulting in a bright, gentle spirit that truly shines with fresh notes of citrus.

Gin Sharish Original 50cl

Part of a distillation based on fresh Esmolfe wild apple. All botanicals are distilled separately and then corrected the alcoholic contents and made a blend with all distillates. After this is made an infusion after distillation with cinnamon and vanilla.
